CHARITY ANNOUNCEMENT

On November 21, 2011, the Board of Directors approved and submitted the documents required by the Internal Revenue Service to request Tax Exempt status. The Board is confident the exempt status will be granted and looks forward to receiving a favorable status letter in the near future. While the approval process takes place, current arrangements with tax exempt organizations that accept tax free donations for the Charity will be maintained.
